My favourite Mike memory - World Book Day, when Adam from Year 5 came into assembly wearing only a pair of socks, red pants and a towel around his neck.
Mike made sure he won the prize for best costume and then stood next to and interviewed a year 5 boy in his underwear like it was the most natural thing in the world.
Unflappable.
He opened the first of many doors in my life. I will always be grateful to him.
